Working out in cold weather with no fear…

The best exercise, the most people-friendly with less cost is walking. In the mornig or in the evening, in cold or hot weather, accompanied or not, in town or in the country, you always have the chance to decide yourselves. In order to reach the proper intensity you can try combinations with speed or slight aptitude, when you find it.

Remember that you always start slowly in order to warm up.

Take your precautions

Cold weather does not necessarily disturb your exercising. Your effort to keep yourself fit and healthy does never stop. In general, you should avoid very cold days. In order to exercise when it is cold outside, youu should consider these:

Dress properly, like an onion…

At the first layer you should wear a T-shirt. There are several advanced fabrics to be used in athletic clothes. They have the ability to absorb sweat and dry faster.

We suggest you to wear such kind of T-shirt underneath.

The second layer should consist of wool or cotton in order to absorb humidity.

The third layer we suggest you to wear is a wind-breaker. If it is water-resistant as well, it is even better. Choose it properly in order to keep the cold wind out and retain the warmness of your body.
